Can you come today?

Yes — call before 11 AM and we come the same day. Calls after 3–4pm are scheduled for the next morning. You get a 2–3 hour window and a call 20 minutes before we arrive.

Can you repair a Sub-Zero sealed system?

Yes. Three of our eight technicians work only on sealed systems — compressors, condensers, evaporators and filter driers — and we are EPA-certified for all refrigerant types. Too old for a conventional repair? We do complete Sub-Zero rebuilds.

My Sub-Zero is 20 years old and I was told to replace it. Is that true?

Often not. We rebuild Sub-Zero built-ins — sealed system, compressor, gaskets, fan and control board with genuine OEM parts — and your cabinet and panels stay. A rebuild carries a 3-year warranty and costs a fraction of a new built-in plus cabinetry work.

Should I repair or replace my appliance?

If the repair costs more than 80% of a comparable new unit — replace it. Below that, repair — especially built-in and premium appliances, where replacement also means cabinetry and installation. We tell you which side of that line you are on.

Do you repair commercial kitchen equipment?

Yes: walk-in coolers and freezers, commercial refrigerators, ovens, ice machines, mixers including Hobart, hoods and ventilation — plus installation and commissioning of commercial ovens and ventilation. The commercial diagnostic is $150.

What brands do you repair?

We specialize in Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, BlueStar and Hobart, and service every major household brand — LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, GE, Bosch, Maytag, Speed Queen and more.

How long will the repair take?

Most repairs are finished within three days of the first visit. Common jobs are done on the spot — our technicians carry the parts, and heavy premium components are stocked in our own warehouse. Rare parts take longer; we tell you upfront.

Do you serve all of San Diego County?

From the Mexican border north through Oceanside, Escondido and Ramona — every ZIP on our list. Outside it? Call — we travel by arrangement.

What does the diagnostic cost?

$49 for standard appliances, $99 for refrigerators and premium brands, $150 for commercial equipment — credited toward the repair when you approve the work.

What if it breaks again?

A covered repair fails — we come back. Premium repairs carry 1 to 3 years on parts and labor; standard repairs up to 3 months on labor and 1 year on parts.

How can I pay?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, cash, check or wire transfer — after the repair.

Do you charge more for evenings or weekends?

No. The only extra charge is travel outside our standard service area, agreed in advance.
